4. Saturday afternoons were spent watching Disney Afternoon on ITV.

5. You think Mike Sobel is a celebrity.

6. You've stayed up to watch the evening news because Bill Matheson's weather forecasts were the ------. R.I.P. Bill.

7. You loathe the baseball bat on 118th Ave.

8. You know that Edmonton, per capita, is the homicide capital of Canada.

9. You remember Black Friday.

10. You've been to Barely Teens...er, Barry T's.

11. You hate the Calgary Flames.

12. You hate the Calgary Stampeders.

13. You hate Calgary, but you still go to the Stampede every year because it's better than Klondike Days ever was.

14. You know better than to set foot inside the Transit Hotel.

15. You know Spandex Man, Push-Up Guy, and Dancing Dude.

16. You've gone rollerblading/cycling/running on River Valley Rd. just to check out attractive members of the opposite sex.

17. You hate Chris Pronger, Mike Comrie, Jason Arnott, and/or Curtis Joseph.

18. Cruising the 4 block circuit of Whyte Avenue 5 times in a row makes for an excellent Friday night.

19. You have a dangerous case of road rage.

20. You insist on clarifying that all those refineries actually lie in Strathcona County.

21. Someone uses the term "Rat Hole", your mind isn't taking you to places it shouldn't.

24. Gary and Audie of Power 92 almost made you pee your pants on more than one occasion.

25. You remember the drive-in movie theatre

You know that point where you just can't take anymore, and you are ready to cry??? Where you just want to give up and go home???? I was there... I have had a horrible day... I have the biggest stress headache in the world... Then... upon reading the paper online, I come across this joke:

Dan went to see the urologist.
"Don't laugh," he told the doctor.
"Of course I won't laugh," the doctor said. "I'm a professional. In more than 20 years I've never laughed at a patient."
"OK then," Dan said, and proceeded to drop his trousers, revealing the tiniest willie the doctor had ever seen. It was smaller than an AAA battery.




The doctor started giggling, then laughing hysterically. Five minutes later he regained his composure.
"I'm sorry," he said. "I don't know what came over me. On my honor as a doctor and a gentleman, I promise it won't happen again. Now, what seems to be the problem?"
"It's swollen," Dan replied.




I have NEVER laughed so hard in my LIFE! I did cry! But they were tears of absolute MIRTH!!!!!

Ok... I am done... Time to go back to work!

I have promised pictures from the weekend, and I did get alot of great pictures, but my little brother has been negligent in his duties to email the pictures to me :P We did however have alot of fun at the lake, and she has a great little trailer out at a campsite out there. The sand was ok, and I didn't go into the lake, as I was "forced" to take a nap LOL. She is such an amazing woman, and I am glad to know her, and glad she is part of our family :)

It is back to work today, and it is crazy here. I can't spend much time blogging now, hopefully tonight or tomorrow I will have the pictures.
